We understand that they are occasions when sometimes you would like to reach out to the hotel and this is something we will be supporting from Impala's side.
In most cases, messages to the hotel from the OTA should be sent through to support@impala.travel, who will then pass it on. Here are some examples of requests to send:
- "I have a cancellation"
- "I'd like to ask a question about the facilities"
- "I'd like to pass a special request to the hotel (asking for a cot for example)"
