The majority of the time, the room seller would maintain the conversation with the guest that booked through their application. This ensures that you have ownership of that relationship with the guest.
There are however certain circumstances that are time-sensitive where Impala will need to communicate directly with the guest to ensure that they have a successful booking experience and all the required information for when they arrive at the hotel.
