At the moment of onboarding the hotel onto the platform, we ensure to source the content from various sources including the hotel’s own website to obtain the most up to date content.
Hotels can request any changes to their content at any point to ensure that it is up to date. Our team will review these requests and make the necessary changes to ensure we have the content the hotel wants to have visible on the Impala Booking. We also make sure to periodically check for changes to a hotel that would require updates to this content and make changes automatically where necessary.
