When a reservation is made for your hotel, Impala will receive it, and an email will be automatically sent to the hotel’s reservation email address:
Once you have reviewed the initial information, you click on “Respond to Booking” to accept or reject the booking:
You can choose to charge the virtual credit card at this stage or wait until the end of the cancellation period.
When accepting the booking, we simply ask you to enter and confirm the booking ID (reference) that you have in your system to ensure we can provide this to the guest prior to their arrival. Once you click on “Accept booking,” you are brought to a confirmation screen indicating everything is done:
If you choose to reject the booking, no additional information is required, and Impala will be automatically notified of this.
